Welcome to Relate-360 (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Relate-360 mobile application (“App”) operated by Relate-360 LLC.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Relate-360.
1. Overview
Relate-360 is a social connection and family discovery app designed to help users explore how they are related to others and strengthen meaningful relationships. You can log in using your Apple, Google, Facebook, or FamilySearch account.
Within the App, users can:
• Connect with friends and relatives
• Join groups or “family circles”
• Discover and visualize how they are related to others on the platform
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Relate-360. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration or login is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you log in using one of the supported providers (Apple, Google, Facebook, or FamilySearch), Relate-360 may collect limited personal data necessary to create and maintain your account, including:
• Your name, date of birth, profile photo, and display information
• Family relationship data (to identify connections)
• Your email address or unique login identifier
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current. 4. Data Collection and Privacy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Relate-360 collects only the information necessary to provide and improve the App’s features and to help you safely connect with others.
Data we may collect includes:
• Basic profile information (such as name, date of birth, profile photo, and email)
• Family relationship data from integrated services (e.g., FamilySearch)
• Activity within the App (friends, groups joined, relationships viewed)
• Device information, diagnostics, and usage statistics
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and encrypted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you post or share within Relate-360 (“User Content”). By submitting or displaying content in the App, you grant Relate-360 LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Relate-360 in a respectful, lawful, and family-friendly manner. You must not:
• Upload or share any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to view
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited content
• Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse the App in any way
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
Violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Content Moderation
Relate-360 LLC reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
8. User Blocking
You may block other users at any time. When you block a user, they will no longer be able to see your content or interact with you within the App.
9. Third-Party Services
Relate-360 integrates with third-party platforms, including Apple, Google, Facebook, and FamilySearch. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Relate-360 LLC is not responsible for the content, practices, or data handling of third parties. We encourage you to review those policies.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Relate-360 LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may also disconnect integrated third-party services at any time through your settings.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. In the event of termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Relate-360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relate-360 LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
15. International Users
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States or other regions where we operate. We take steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Relate-360 after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
